Meet Lester Kitching… The Fat Loss Specialist Who Understands You Want Long Lasting Results WITHOUT Overhauling Your Life, Crash Diets, Or Endless Cardio

Hi! My name is Lester, and first of all, I want to let you know that I “get you”.

I understand that you may be feeling a little lost, disheartened and doubting whether you will ever feel confident, and happy when you see yourself in the mirror.

Before we go any further, I wanted to tell you my back story so you understand a little bit more about who I am, and how I can help you.

I started my coaching journey in 2014 and spent almost three years training clients in person at a gym in Middlesbrough, in the North East of England.

In 2017, I stepped away from coaching full-time – but I continued training myself and helping friends and family who wanted to lose fat and feel more confident without spending all their time in the gym or worrying over food.

Then in 2021, I married my amazing wife, Emily, and we’ve since had two children – Sofia (2022) and Harry (2024). 

Becoming a dad changed everything for me. Suddenly, I wasn’t just a twenty-something with unlimited time and energy. I had real responsibilities, and like every parent, I wanted to show up for my kids with energy, set a positive example, and give them a happy childhood.

That completely changed what training and nutrition meant for me. It was no longer just about how I looked – it became about how I could be the best version of myself for my family. I wanted to train in a way that gave me energy, not exhaustion. I wanted to eat well, but simply. And above all, I wanted to spend more time with my family, not less.

I realised how I live sets the example my children will follow. I didn’t want them growing up seeing obsessive dieting, guilt, or body shame as “normal.” I know I can’t protect them from everything, but I can give them a foundation – to know how to eat, move, and live healthily without extremes.

That mindset shaped everything in my book, and it led me to identify and refine the principles that truly work in real life – the same ones that helped my most successful clients over the years.
